Terri was born in Austin and grew up in the Houston and College Station areas. A proud Texas A&M University graduate, Terri earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 1990. In her free time, she enjoys reading, exercising, and spending time with her family and friends.
Before transitioning into real estate, Terri had a successful career as a professional speaker and trainer. She also spent several years working in the healthcare industry, where she played a key role in the administrative division of one of the largest home healthcare companies in the U.S.
A highly respected professional, Terri has been an active member of the Austin/Williamson County real estate market for years. She is honored to be recognized as one of Keller Williams Realty’s Top 100 Agents in the city. Terri’s passion for people and service is at the core of her work, and her primary goal is to help clients achieve their real estate dreams.
Bill was raised in Houston and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University. He also earned a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
As Owner and Business Manager of Howdy Real Estate Services, Bill plays a key role in the company’s operations and success. His strong business background ensures that the team runs smoothly, and his commitment to excellence is evident in every aspect of the business. Outside of work, Bill enjoys spending time outdoors, especially playing golf.
